Return policy: 

Online Purchases of CHESONA Products

All purchases from our official site are eligible for a 30-day return after delivery if there is a product quality issue. Returns will be closed if the order exceeds 30 days, but we offer a 1-year warranty for the product.
 

Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

  • Returns must include the original product and all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, CHESONA refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Please be cautious and do not include any non-CHESONA products, as they may be disposed of and unable to be retrieved.


Customer assumes any necessary shipping charges, or any other fees associated with the transportation of the product to our facility.

Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue which we cannot solve. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.
